Conditions and Terms


Terms and Conditions are the rules of a store or website. They explain what you can do if you want to exchange something, how much time you have to return an item, and what happens if something breaks. They are the guidelines for buying and selling, so that everyone knows what to expect.

You are entering into this agreement with:

​

• ‘csanga’ (‘we’ or ‘us’)


We are ‘csanga’, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands, with its business address (this is not a visiting or store address) at Gonnetstraat 26, 2011 KA Haarlem, and registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95003274.

 

Our website www.csanga.com offers the sale of ‘csanga’ products, unless they are identified as products from a brand partner, sold and shipped directly by ‘csanga’. When you place an order with ‘csanga’, you are entering into an agreement with ‘csanga’.

These terms and conditions apply when you shop in our store or use our services, apps, and website, regardless of whether the products are from partner brands. They are important for you so that everyone knows what to expect from each other. Of course, you can always contact our customer service via the web form if you need any additional assistance from ‘csanga’.

We conduct random checks on our website to ensure that all products meet the required standards. If you notice something that doesn’t seem right, please use the 'Contact' button on the 'Main' page.

We, as ‘csanga’, keep these terms and help pages up-to-date and make adjustments regularly. So, don’t forget to review them before each purchase, as the latest version always applies.

About You

To shop with us, you must:

​

• Be at least 16 years old. If you are younger than 16, you can only make purchases with the consent of your parents or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you have obtained this consent.

• Have a credit or debit card accepted by us, and

• Be authorized to use that credit or debit card (for example: the card is in your name or you have permission to use it).

​

Would you like to close your ‘csanga’ account? This is possible, provided there are no ongoing orders and the warranty periods for the purchased items have expired. Please contact us to close your account.

Placing an Order
When you place an order without an account and have entered your address details, you will receive an email once the payment is approved. For an order that has already been placed, we can no longer change the address details. Do you have an account? Then your email address has already been verified in advance, and your address details are automatically filled in. Please ensure that your address details are always correct.

 

Once the payment is received, we will start processing and shipping your order. Cancellation is possible within the 14-day cooling-off period. After this period, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for more information. Delivery times depend on the delivery service, over which ‘csanga’ has no control. You cannot adjust your order; you must return the original items and place a new order.

 

All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. Don’t worry—if there is an issue with an order, we will contact you. We cannot process refunds for price differences that arise after placing an order.

 

In rare cases, we may need to refuse, cancel, block, or freeze an order (even after you have confirmed it). For example, if we notice something unusual about your order or account, or if your order exceeds the item limit stated on the product page for specific items. The full purchase amount will be refunded if we cancel the order.

 

If we have blocked your account and you believe we made a mistake, please contact our customer service, and we will be happy to help you.

 

Pre-orders can only be placed with your ‘csanga’ account and can be canceled at any time. Your pre-order payment will then be refunded to your account.

 

Digital Invoicing
All invoices for purchases made at ‘csanga’ are provided exclusively in digital form. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address. By placing an order, the customer agrees to receive invoices in digital form and accepts the general terms and conditions. To keep our administration as environmentally friendly as possible and to minimize the use of paper, invoices will not be provided in paper form by default.

 

Prices and Product Descriptions
It's always busy at the csanga headquarters, and from time to time, our hardworking ‘csanga’ team might accidentally list a product with the wrong price, description, or offer. If we discover a mistake related to an item you’ve ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to either confirm your order again (at the correct price) or to cancel it.

 

If we discover an error and are unable to contact you within 7 days, we will consider the order canceled.

 

Delivery
Before completing your order, you will see various delivery options to choose from, along with the expected delivery times and dates, depending on the delivery address. You will see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Shipping costs are only charged once for all items.

You are always responsible for ensuring that the address is correct and that the package can be delivered to the specified delivery address.

 

Next-day delivery is not available. It takes 3-14 working days for an order to be shipped. All orders are always shipped by ‘csanga’ with track & trace.

Pre-orders and products that are not in stock will be sent together in one shipment. The shipping costs for this are covered by ‘csanga’.

 

At ‘csanga’, we work hard to deliver everything on time, but sometimes delays can occur, for example, due to delays at the postal or courier company, logistical issues, or bad weather conditions. We will keep you informed as much as possible, and you should normally be able to track your package’s progress.

 

Check our delivery page for more information or contact customer service if you have any issues or questions about your delivery. If your order has not been delivered, please let us know within 5 days after the expected delivery date.

 

Then What?
If you initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the item or after it was ready to be picked up, and you return it within another 14 days, we will provide a full refund for the item via the original payment method.

 

We strive to refund you within 14 days after receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

 

All returns must be registered via the return policy: Returns and Refunds.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the return periods mentioned above. If you still attempt to return them, we may need to send the items back to you and ask you to cover the shipping and handling costs.

 

Reasonable Use
If we suspect fraudulent activities, such as suspicious claims about undelivered orders, missing items, or excessive ordering and returning, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and deactivate the account, including any related accounts. This also applies if the returned items do not match the original order. In certain cases, such as if we have had to refuse multiple returns from you or if there are suspicious circumstances regarding the return, we may also have to block your account and any associated accounts.

 

If any of the above situations occur and you believe that we made a mistake, please contact customer service, and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

 

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

If ‘csanga’ decides to change these Terms and Conditions, the updated version will be published on its website. It is advisable to regularly check whether the Terms have been updated. Any changes do not apply to orders placed before the date of the change.

 

Compliance with Agreement and Warranty

Quality and Conformity
‘csanga’ guarantees that its products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable standards of reliability and/or usability. Additionally, the products comply with the legal requirements and government regulations in force at the date of the agreement.

Warranty Period
For products sold by ‘csanga’, a warranty period of twelve months from the date of purchase applies. During this period, ‘csanga’ guarantees that the delivered products are free from material and manufacturing defects.

Exclusion of Warranty


This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of care by the customer.

  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or washed by the customer or third parties.

  • Damage caused by external factors, such as accidents or exposure to extreme conditions.

 

Warranty Handling
If a product shows defects within the warranty period, the customer can contact ‘csanga’ for repair, replacement, or (partial) refund, depending on the nature of the defect and the circumstances. ‘csanga’ will reasonably determine which option is appropriate.

Disputes and Law

‘csanga’ strives to provide products and services of the highest quality. Do you have a complaint? Please let us know via the web form.


If you have gone through the complaints procedure but wish to refer your complaint to another authority, you can contact the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution.

 

These Terms and Conditions, and the agreements between you and ‘csanga’, are governed by Dutch law, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention. This choice of law does not affect the further protection you enjoy under the mandatory provisions of the law that would apply without this provision.

 

Returns and Refunds

Obligations of the Consumer During the Cooling-off Period

  • During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a store.

  • If you use the product beyond what is permitted, you, as the customer, are responsible for any depreciation in value.

Returning an Unwanted Item?
We understand—sometimes something just doesn’t work for you, and you want your money back. There are a few conditions that apply, but don’t worry— as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns in accordance with the rules below, which include fair use policies.

​

  • You have the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receiving all products from your order, without giving any reason. This is the so-called cooling-off period. You can inform us in any other clear manner that you wish to terminate the agreement by using the Track & Trace link provided in your email from MyParcel, sent with the shipment delivery.
     

  • To process your return properly, we kindly request that you always include proof of purchase (such as the order slip, invoice, or order number) with your return shipment. If this is missing and we are unable to trace the return back to the original purchaser, unfortunately, the return cannot be accepted.
     

  • If you choose to terminate the agreement for a product, we ask that you return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt.
     

  • We consider the delivery date registered by the postal company as the date of receipt, from which the 14-day cooling-off period begins. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted if more than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt.
     

  • The return label should be requested within 14 days of the receipt date, and the package must be handed over to a postal company within this period.
     

  • The direct costs of returning the package to ‘csanga’ are at your own expense.
     

  • Upon termination of the agreement, ‘csanga’ will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. This will only occur once we have received the returned product and you have provided proof that the product has been sent back.
     

  • Products that are returned may only be used to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would do in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for this inspection or if the product is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct an amount due to the depreciation of the product.
     

  • When returning products, you must use a track & trace code and keep the shipping receipts until the return is completed. We only accept returns that are registered via ‘MyParcel’. The risk of loss or damage during transport lies with you until we have received the products.
     

  • The right of termination is intended to assess whether the product meets your expectations, just like you would do in a fitting room. Using the product beyond this, such as wearing it in public spaces, can affect your right to cancel the purchase.
     

  • If a returned product is damaged, incomplete, washed, missing labels, or shows clear signs of use that make it unsellable, we reserve the right to apply a reduction of up to 100% of the purchase amount or to refuse the return. Products without original packaging, labels, or other accompanying accessories may also be refused.
     

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following products are not eligible for return:

​

  • Products that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly intended for a specific person (e.g., personalized clothing).

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, and make-up, and to products whose seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Earrings or piercings if the packaging or seal has been opened or damaged.

  • If you have returned items after the return period has expired.

If we refuse a return for any of these reasons, we will not issue a refund and will send the items back to you. If you attempt to return a refused item a second time, we will dispose of the returned item responsibly and continue to refuse the refund.

 

Legal Right of Cancellation Within 14 Days
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt by sending it back to us, provided you comply with the return conditions.
If the order is received in good and saleable condition, we will provide a full refund of the ordered items within 14 days of receipt (if it is still saleable), as well as any shipping costs you may have paid (return costs are at your own expense).
Returned items must not have been worn or used and must be in their original condition with labels attached. Upon receipt, we will inspect the clothing for saleable quality.

 

We try to accept all returns. Returned items must retain their labels, but the return packaging does not need to be the original shipping packaging. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during the return journey. In the event that a returned item arrives in an unsellable condition and/or the canceled order is not received by us, we cannot process a refund.

 

Expired Return Period
Returns received outside the legal cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving the product will not be accepted and will be refused.
